You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking with Escape Quest DMCC and in doing so you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.
Your use of this Website and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of and applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
As Escape Quest games are live events no refunds shall be offered for cancellations or no shows. If you have a booking reserved you are required to give 48 hours’ notice if you wish to change the reservation. Changes to a reservation will only be permitted once and are subject to written confirmation, by us, of the rescheduled booking date and time.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased and be used against any current, available escape game and the cost is based on the number of players. Vouchers can be upgraded at any time to increase the number of players; payment will need to be made for the difference. There will be no refunds offered for a lower number of players to the voucher value.
Gift Vouchers are valid for six calendar months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for any other service or value.
All major Credit/Debit cards, bank transfers and cash are all acceptable methods of payment.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that you do not and will not have any right to bring any action against Us, the directors, managers, shareholders or staff thereof with respect to the use of this Website and playing of Our Games.
Disclaimer of Warranty
We provide this Website on an “as is” and “as available” basis and without any warranty or condition. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent that such disclaimers are held to be valid.

Only person(s) at least 18 years of age are permitted to book a game, children less than 10 years of age are not permitted access to game rooms whilst children under 16 years of age must be supervised by at least one adult per game.
You are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked time slot. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing for the game, therefore high heeled shoes are not recommended. If you are more than 20 minutes late of your booked time slot you may not be able to escape, this is dependant on subsequent bookings.
You have exclusive use of the escape room for your group. In case less or more people attend the game than booked for, payment will be made for the actual number attending on the day (up to 5 persons per game).
Please ensure your details are correct on the online booking form as you will receive confirmation of your booking via email only. To be admitted you may need to confirm the full name of the booker, phone number and email address.
Bookings can be made online on the Website, via phone, email or in person.
Safety is a priority. There will always be an accessible emergency exit for you and Escape Quest Control are always on hand. You play the games at your own risk and all game rooms are supervised by video monitoring and Escape Quest Control. Please note no physical strength is needed and all items must be used sensibly. We reserve the right to charge clients for any damage which is intentional or caused by misuse.
Due to the nature of the game, no recordings or photography can be taken inside the game rooms and we also ask that you not reveal any spoilers or details of the game directly or indirectly to the public.
Games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. Any games which breach this condition will be invalid and no refunds will be due.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
